About Us.

SUSANNA
MONTRONE,

Founder and Director

Bell Lane is led by Susanna Montrone, an experienced operator in public policy, social impact, reputation and advocacy. She has worked at the intersection of government and the private sector for over 15 years, and delivered some of the most significant reforms in NSW during the past decade. This includes overseeing regional NSW policy and expenditure during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading legislative negotiations on behalf of the NSW Government, and preparing Ministers and CEOs for high profile parliamentary committees

Her diverse experience spans working with some of the largest global companies, through to local non-profits, in sectors including education, environment, arts, infrastructure, healthcare and multicultural affairs. She is a leading negotiator and expert in parliamentary procedure, with deep networks at all levels of government in Australia and internationally.

Her passion lies in delivering projects with purpose, and she is able to leverage her skills and networks to achieve proven results for partners.

Susanna is on the board of Muscular Dystrophy NSW, and volunteers her time to support the Italian community in Australia.

We initiate projects, connect the dots, and invest our time and resources as active partners.

This might look like working in house within a philanthropic organisation as a fractional adviser or partnering with founders to deliver a public policy and engagement strategy. It could involve leveraging our considerable network to approach partners and bring them together. Our work is grounded in unique political insights and experience at the highest levels of government.

Let's see if we can deliver big ideas together.
